Sophia graduated from Oxford in 2018 with a degree in History and Politics. For three years, she lived and worked in Athens for 2 years as an English teacher for a NGO providing group language classes to refugees and migrants. She has also 2 years of 1:1 tutoring experience both online and in-person, in Politics, History and English. Sophia is very kind and gentle with her students, but she definitely has a firm and confident teaching style!

Ben attained a first class honours degree from Oxford in English. Ben isn’t just super bright - he’s also extremely passionate about English Literature. Ben’s a voracious reader - he reads about 2 novels every fortnight, and is always keen to top up his subject knowledge by reading modern poetry and the most up-to-date critical theory.

For two years, Ben lived and worked for an NGO in Athens as a volunteer English teacher, teaching young migrant and refugee children English. This was no easy feat, as his students all spoke different languages - he found he was picking up Arabic and modern Greek as he went along!

Jack graduated in 2018 with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. Whilst completing his masters, for which he obtained a distinction, in Global Politics at the LSE, he racked up over 300 hours of tuition both in-person and online during the pandemic. Jack now is a International Climate Finance Analyst working for the civil service (Dpt of BEIS). This means he’s perfectly equipped to coach you with careers advice as well as provide stellar teaching.

Ellie is a first class History graduate. She has 1500+ hours of experience in teaching several subjects. She worked 2 years in a row for Oxford University's official summer school (UNIQ). She has also coached several students to help them with their Oxbridge applications. She worked closely with Oxford University's Admissions Department. This means that she has a special insight to the admissions process that very few have. She specialises also in tuition for the Oxford History Entrane Exam (HAT). 100% of her students gained Oxford interviews.

Ellie is currently completing an MSc in Psychology at Edinburgh. She is even a a published academic, with her article peer reviewed in a presitigous Medical Journal : 'Mental Health Care for University Students; A Way forward?’ Her greatest subject specialism is historical theory and histiography.

Jenna is a Classics and English student at the University of Oxford. She has 4 years of tutoring experience across KS2-3 Maths and English, as well as A Level tutoring experience in Classics and English. Jenna is especially passionate about both ancient and modern tragedy. She enjoys the intersection between the ancient and modern worlds and how modern literature is shaped by classical predecessors.

Jenna has had special intern work experience at Lloyd’s Banking Group, the NewStatesman and Press Gazette. She is passionate about creative writing in particular: she is currently writing her own plays and poetry.

Ike is a Biology student at Oxford. His knowledge and experience isn’t just scientific though: he has 2 years experience mentoring French students during his A -Levels. He is passionate about both life sciences and languages, and enjoys working with younger children too.

Ike is passionate about the future of life sciences, believing that understanding biology is the key to solving many of the world’s problems. With an extensive knowledge of biology, Ike aims to teach the subject to suit both your curriculum and current world affairs, hopefully drawing links between the two to enable students to understand the content of their syllabus and why it is important they learn it.

Jeea is a History and Politics undergraduate at Wadham College, Oxford. She has 2 years of experience of delivering 11+ Maths and English tuition to groups of children, as well as offering 1:1 tuition in History and Classics.

Jeea is especially passionate about History, and her specialisms include the Russian Revolution, and 20th century Chinese History. Due to completing Classical Civilisation A-Level and teaching this subject to several tutees, she enjoys imparting her knowledge of Greek Religion and Augustan Rome the most!

Aside from studying, Jeea is heavily involved in campaigning work. UIntil September 2021, she co-led a grassroots youth campaign against international genocide. Currently, she is theco-chair of Oxford University’s anti-sexual violence campaign.

Laila is a French and Arabic undergraduate at Oxford. She has 3 years of experience of delivering tuition in a range of subjects, from 11+ to A-Level Spanish. She has also tutored Modern Standard Arabic for University level students.

Laila is especially passionate about teaching Arabic due to learning it at university and instantly falling in love with the language. She would love to share this passion with potential students who are ready for the challenge of learning one of the world’s hardest languages.

After university, Laila has plans to work as a Camp Counsellor on the Camp America program as well as teach English in France for the year for the British Council. She even currently holds a job offer from one of the Big 4’s Consulting sectors.

Ellie is a medical student at Oxford. She has 2+ years of experience in tutoring those applying to study medicine at university, with experience in tutoring students for both the UCAT and BMAT admission tests. After going through the medicine application process from a state school that had no previous experience having a student apply to Oxford for medicine, Ellie became interested in providing tutoring to those applying for medicine from backgrounds where they may not get the support other candidates had.

Her interest in medicine stemmed from her love of the human biology modules at A Level.

Ellie has 2 years of experience of voluntary tutoring for university admissions and all of her students have been offered places at their chosen universities to study medicine.

Imogen is a Classics undergraduate in her final year at Oxford. Over the course of her degree, she has learned both Ancient Greek and Latin from scratch, and wants to help students get to grip with these challenging languages.

She also has a passion for English Literature, with a focus in classical and Shakespearean drama, and has acted roles including Viola in ‘Twelfth Night’ and Lucetta in ‘The Two Gentlemen of Verona’. Imogen also has 1 year of tuition experience in English and History.
